Business Development Manager - Prediction Market, Trading, Crypto

Overview:

Industry leading events, leadership, and media company, is looking for a founding Business Development Manager for their prediction market, fintech, and crypto ecosystem.

To note: this is a full-time, contract/1099, role that will still be eligible for uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth across the company's portfolio within the prediction markets, trading, and crypto ecosystems.
• Bring a strong understanding of financial markets, digital assets, or trading platforms
• Build meaningful relationships with founders, operators, traders, and investors, helping them leverage the company's media, events, and partnerships to grow their businesses.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through HubSpot
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and competitor activations

Qualifications:

• Strong interest or background in prediction markets, financial markets, trading, or crypto/web3
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building skills across a global, fast-moving industry
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Additional languages (especially Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus
