Sips is seeking a Business Development Executive to establish and grow the brand’s wholesale presence across the United States. This role requires structure, commercial focus, and the ability to build long-term relationships with retailers. You will be responsible for driving new account acquisition, nurturing existing accounts, and supporting the brand’s early expansion in the US market.

- Identify, prospect, and secure new retail and boutique partners across the US.
- Present the Sips brand to buyers with clarity, confidence, and commercial understanding.
- Build strong, trust-led relationships that reflect the values of the brand.
- Manage the full sales cycle through HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Support replenishment cycles by maintaining regular communication and anticipating retailer needs.
- Handle pricing, order processing, and follow-up to ensure smooth ongoing account management.
- Work towards a realistic Year 1 revenue target of $400,000 reflecting typical performance for a new brand in the market.
- Maintain organised CRM data, accurate forecasting, and structured follow-up processes.
- Provide retailer feedback and market insights to help guide product development and commercial strategy.
- Represent Sips professionally at trade shows, industry events, and retailer meetings.
- Uphold Curated Sourcing’s ethos of collaboration, accountability, and high standards.

- 1–3 years in sales or business development, ideally within lifestyle, accessories, fashion, beauty, or consumer goods.
- A tack record of opening and managing retail accounts.
- Confidence working towards defined revenue goals.
- CRM experience essential; HubSpot experience beneficial.
- An interest in lifestyle, fashion, or beauty categories is desirable.
A competitive and fair compensation package has been designed to reflect realistic first-year performance expectations in the US wholesale market.
Base Salary$60,000 – $68,000 (dependent on experience and region)
Commission StructureNew Orders:
- 8% commission on the first purchase order from each new retailer.
Replenishment Orders:
- 2% commission on all replen orders for 12 months from the retailer’s first order date.
- After 12 months, replenishment becomes non-commissionable unless the account is dormant for 6 months and reactivated by the BDE.
Reactivation:
- 8% on the reactivation order, then
- 2% on replenishments for the next 12-month cycle.
$400,000 (mid-conservative based on typical Year 1 market entry results)
Accelerator Bonus- $5,000 at 100% of target
- $8,000 at 115% of target
- $15,000 at 130% of target

Location & Reporting- Remote within the United States, with domestic travel as required for retailer visits and trade shows.
