Van Horn Law Group is one of the fastest-growing bankruptcy firms in Florida, having helped over 10,000 clients. We are expanding and looking for a Bankruptcy Paralegal who can prepare and file cases efficiently and accurately.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately.
In this role, you will prepare and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases from start to finish, work directly with attorneys and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and help keep cases moving efficiently toward discharge.
We are looking for someone with experience preparing and filing Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13 cases, strong familiarity with ECF and PACER, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing accuracy, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred candidates will also have experience with Chapter 13 plans and trustee communications, a background in a high-volume consumer bankruptcy firm, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
