Are you passionate about construction technology, BIM modeling, and bringing projects to life before they hit the field? We're looking for a VDC Coordinator to help lead the development and coordination of detailed electrical system models that support successful project planning, prefabrication, and installation.
What You'll Do
- Create and coordinate 3D and 2D electrical models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed construction and prefabrication drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, field teams, and trade partners to resolve design and constructability challenges.
- Lead coordination efforts, identify clashes, and help streamline project workflows.
- Support field layout, prefabrication planning, and model-based construction activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure modeling standards are met.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or CAD modeling within construction or the electrical industry.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of electrical systems, construction workflows, and constructability principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus, but not required.
