Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative/Project Manager Assistant to support our operations team. This role is the central hub connecting field technicians, project managers, and customers. You’ll manage office communications, coordinate project logistics, handle scheduling, and assist with billing and documentation. Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and clear communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage correspondence
- Support project coordination: scheduling, permits, quotes, invoicing, and documentation
- Maintain calendars, order supplies, and assist with onboarding
- Communicate with field staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Help with safety documentation, tech setup, and general office tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred
- 2–3 years of office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
