Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Van Eerden Foodservice team in an on-site capacity in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time position focused on building and maintaining relationships with customers to provide tailored foodservice solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include cold-calling, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products and services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment and exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in the foodservice or distribution industry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
