Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal, based in San Diego, CA. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and drafting pleadings and motions. The role will require active participation in trial preparation, managing case files, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and thorough Document Review skills
- Strong experience in Legal Research to support case strategies
- Ability to draft and review Pleadings and Motions with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with legal software and tools is preferred
- Minimum of Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably with Trust & Estate matters
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as a member of a legal team
