Job Title: Project Management Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting Project Managers handling turn-key installations for large industrial recycling equipment. The candidate will assist with the coordination of installations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and the internal team. As part of the coordination, you will support the management of mechanical and electrical details of the installations. The ideal candidate will assist Project Managers in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Our headquarters are in Norwalk, CT and this position is in-office. You may be required to travel to customer sites in the US, Canada, and Central America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Report project risks and outcomes to project management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Plan meetings and organize project logistics and follow ups
- Facilitate project billing tasks, order creation and follow up
- Support the preparation of project reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with customers and internal and external installation crews to efficiently manage multiple projects according to deadline.
- Technical background, strong computer skills, familiarity with reading blueprints and using CAD. Highly attentive to detail and precision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial or integration businesses.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Solid verbal communication skills in English (other languages such as Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Polish are an advantage).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
