Van-Am Tool & Engineering is hiring a Welding Supervisor to lead our welding department across multiple facilities in St. Joseph, MO. This role oversees a team of welders, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Lead, schedule, and supervise welding operations (MIG, TIG, robotic).
- Train, mentor, and evaluate welders of all skill levels.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment, consumables, and supplies.
- Promote safety and enforce OSHA/company policies.
- 3 years of welding supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing.
- Strong background in MIG, TIG, and robotic welding.
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- AWS certification preferred, not required.
