Overview
We are looking for a friendly, detailed and organized customer service rep for our newly established warehouse located in Florence NJ.
Work Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in data entry (accuracy and speed)
- Patient, empathetic, and professional phone demeanor.
- Prior customer service experience (phone support preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data and calculations
Duties:
- answering telephones, entering orders accurately into the system, verifying details and confirming order information.
- assisting customers with questions or issues related to order status, shipping, billing, returns, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- printing UPS, FedEx shipping labels
