We are seeking a full-time Multifamily Account Executive for an on-site role in Columbia, SC. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, delivering impactful sales presentations, and managing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities within the multifamily sector, and representing ValuFlor’s commitment to quality and service.
- Proficiency in creating effective Sales Presentations and communicating value propositions to clients
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to address client needs and foster long-term relationships
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, demonstrating success in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
- Skilled in Account Management, including overseeing client accounts and ensuring successful project execution
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
