We are seeking a Multifamily Account Executive for an outside sales position in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing ongoing client accounts, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and effectively representing ValuFlor’s exceptional flooring solutions to both local and national builders in the region.
- Expertise in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth in the multifamily sector
- Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and growing existing partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of the flooring industry or experience in construction/building materials is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
