As a Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with people with disabilities in their homes and communities, supporting independence and inclusion.
What You’ll Do
As a Support Partner, you are partnering with someone to help them live their best life!
Responsibilities will include:
- Verbal prompting and proactive support in community settings
- Helping develop independent skills (budgeting, meal planning, shopping, riding the bus)
- Connecting to community groups and activities
- Supporting with school tasks (time management, navigating campus, transportation)
Who You’ll Support
A college student who loves theater, humor, and video games. He is open to exploring the community and finding new activities that match his interests.
About this position:
Location: Northampton, PA
Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Requirements:- 18 years of age or older
- A high school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year experience supporting people with disabilities
- Be or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated prior to employment
- must have valid driver's license with clean driving record, along with a personal vehicle that is fully insured and registered to use for work purposes
