Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 production support for Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application issues.
Monitor message queues, batch jobs, integrations, and application health using Datadog and Splunk.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
Create and maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and operational runbooks.
Execute operational activities including data validations, script executions, and user support requests.
Collaborate with development teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
Participate in on-call support, incident triage, and critical incident management activities.
Support daily production operations while ensuring SLA adherence.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter production support with exposure to PolicyCenter.
Strong experience in L1/L2 support, incident management, troubleshooting, and production support environments.
Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
Hands-on exposure to Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, batch processing, integrations, and message queue monitoring.
Working knowledge of PolicyCenter and related business processes.
Experience with Datadog, Splunk, SQL/database queries, and log analysis.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment.
