Job Role And Purpose
Conduct project execution in a global delivery model and Integrate Oracle products, tools & platforms. Lead and execute projects for insurance industry customers involving a blend of Life, Annuity and Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge, project management expertise, and strategic alignment with client goals. Apply Oracle Insurance Policy Admin System (OIPA) expertise, solution design, proof of concepts, feasibility study, OIPA extension development, estimation of work, and guidance to users and developer groups. Perform analysis, design, development, customization, and maintenance of OIPA along with testing, application packaging and release co-ordination. Develop accelerators and performance monitoring tools for OIPA implementations. Utilize OIPA XML, XSLT Configurations along with Oracle SQL and MS SQL Database concepts to lead with life data migration efforts and programming languages like .NET/Java and JavaScript.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
