Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Manager with 10 years of expertise in the banking/financial services domain. The successful candidate will have strong technical acumen, proven experience managing product roadmaps, and the ability to work closely with business and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for banking technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to align product goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Ensure product compliance with banking regulations, security, and risk management standards.
- Manage Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve products.
- Drive delivery of complex financial services solutions on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager/Product Owner with a strong focus on banking/financial services.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong technical background with the ability to bridge business and IT.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology products in the financial domain.
- Active LinkedIn profile is mandatory for consideration.
