Summary:
Seeking an HR Administrator to support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, assist with recruiting, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
Coordinate recruiting activities (postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
Support onboarding/offboarding; prepare required documentation
Create and update tracking spreadsheets (new hires, terminations, leaves, etc.)
Qualifications:
1 3 years HR/administrative support experience
Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
Excellent communication; ability to handle confidential info
Rate: $15 $20/hr
