Value Net Lease Partners is seeking a motivated individual to join our fast-growing Net Lease team. We are a young commercial real estate brokerage group, headquarters in a beautiful and sunny orange county. We specialize in single tenant net lease investments. We are pursuing highly dynamic, analytical, and motivated candidates that are looking to work hard and motivated to grow with our company.

As a licensed real estate agent, you will be involved in business development, market and data research, client support and management, and transaction oversight. We offer extensive sales and real estate training by management. This is a full-time and commission only based position located in Irvine, California with earning potential for high-6 to 7 figure income.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Management of proprietary dataset of owners & investors

·        Lead generation for prospecting purposes

·        Researching property and client information; building account files

·        Prospecting and fostering cold leads

·        Financial analysis and presentation for income producing properties

·        Coordinating marketing campaigns and listing management

·        Market analysis and research as it relates to competitive properties and real estate trends

·        Coordinating the sale process through collaboration with management

REQUIREMENTS:

·        California Real Estate Salesperson license (Not Required)

·        Must demonstrate a high level of sales commitment or experience of more than 3 years

·        Experience utilizing Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business or related industry

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·        Critical thinking skills

·        Competitive nature with ability to innovate and operate independently

·        Graduated in the past 5 years (preferred)
