We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician with 3 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting services in enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting end users, maintaining applications and systems, and ensuring efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
β Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer applications and software
β Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner
β Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and application issues
β Provide technical assistance and support to end users
β Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
β Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and support activities
β Support system updates, deployments, and technology upgrades
β Ensure high levels of customer service and user satisfaction
