Hiring: Endpoint Specialist (Windows & macOS)
Location: Boulder, CO (Onsite)
Experience : 8 Years
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Specialist with strong expertise in managing and securing both Windows and macOS environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, endpoint security, device compliance, and enterprise endpoint management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Administer, maintain, and optimize Jamf Pro (Cloud and/or On-Premises) for enterprise macOS and iOS device management.
• Develop, deploy, and manage configuration profiles, policies, smart groups, and extension attributes within Jamf Pro.
• Manage Windows 10/11 endpoints using Microsoft Intune and/or MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)/SCCM.
• Configure and enforce endpoint compliance policies, security baselines, and application deployments across Windows and macOS platforms.
• Implement and maintain security hardening standards including FileVault encryption, firewall configurations, Jamf Protect, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Perform operating system patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security updates for both Apple and Windows devices.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance while proactively addressing issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure secure and reliable endpoint operations.
• Ensure adherence to corporate security standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Support endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration and macOS device management.
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 environments using Microsoft Intune and/or MECM/SCCM.
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with:
- Jamf Protect
- FileVault
- Microsoft Intune
- MECM / SCCM
- Endpoint Compliance Policies
- Patch Management
- Vulnerability Management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Windows and macOS platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments in a corporate setting.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Zero Trust and modern endpoint management practices.
• Knowledge of identity and access management integrations.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and compliance reporting.
• Relevant certifications in Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Management, or Security technologies are a plus.
