We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to build, enhance, and maintain scalable digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, and modern front-end technologies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and content fragments.
- Work with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), authoring, publishing, and Dispatcher configurations.
- Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM), metadata schemas, and content governance.
- Develop backend services and integrations using Java, Sling, OSGi, and REST APIs.
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Troubleshoot search indexing, synchronization, and production issues.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and application performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
✅ Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in AEM development.
- Strong experience with AEM, Java, Apache Sling, and OSGi.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React or Angular.
- Knowledge of AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
⭐ Preferred Skills:
- AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- API integrations, API Gateway, and microservices.
- Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Elasticsearch and RAG-based search.
- AI-assisted development tools, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI.
- Adobe AEM certifications.
