🚀 Hiring: Senior Java Developer AWS | Plano, TX 7 Years
📍 Location: Plano, TX
💼 Work Authorization: W2 Candidates Only
📌 Interview: Local candidates who can attend an in-person interview preferred.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
✅ AWS Public Cloud Development, especially AWS ECS
✅ Kafka and messaging technologies
✅ SQL & NoSQL databases
✅ Automated Testing and Cucumber
✅ Secure coding, CI/CD, TDD & modern SDLC practices
✅ Hands-on experience with enterprise-approved AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code
🔹 Nice to Have:
• Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments
• AWS EMR, Java Spark & Control-M
• Cassandra, Oracle & DynamoDB
• Jenkins, Spinnaker, JMeter, Splunk, Grafana & Dynatrace
• Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔️ 5 years of software engineering experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms & multithreaded programming
✔️ Experience building high-performance, mission-critical distributed systems
✔️ Ability to design reusable services and contribute to architecture decisions
✔️ Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly, with a focus on code quality, testing & security
