Trusted Advisor (Sales Associate)

As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Partner with all store team members to become our customers’ favorite furniture brand
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with our customers
- Assist customers in furnishing homes by confidently advising them through their journey
- Provide a positive service and selling experience which includes connecting, advising and caring for the customer through a beginning to end process.
- Help to ensure the store environment looks great by maintaining our brand standards, which includes cleaning, straightening and maintaining merchandise and assisting with floor sets when needed
- Stay up to date on product knowledge by participating in training opportunities
- Present yourself in a way that represents the brand positively
- Assist in fostering an energetic and positive work environment
- Demonstrate a passion for the business. You bring curiosity and innovation to the job You are flexible to shifting priorities and a changing environment

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and team members
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- High energy / drive to win attitude
- Self-motivate through setting and achieving goals
- Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve

- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
