Trusted Advisor (Sales Associate)

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Partner with all store team members to become our customers’ favorite furniture brand

• Develop strong and lasting relationships with our customers

• Assist customers in furnishing homes by confidently advising them through their journey

• Provide a positive service and selling experience which includes connecting, advising and caring for the customer through a beginning to end process.

• Help to ensure the store environment looks great by maintaining our brand standards, which includes cleaning, straightening and maintaining merchandise and assisting with floor sets when needed

• Stay up to date on product knowledge by participating in training opportunities

• Present yourself in a way that represents the brand positively

• Assist in fostering an energetic and positive work environment

• Demonstrate a passion for the business. You bring curiosity and innovation to the job You are flexible to shifting priorities and a changing environment

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and team members

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• High energy / drive to win attitude

• Self-motivate through setting and achieving goals

• Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve

• Match our values: Serve Others and Own it

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
