What You’ll Do:
- Ensure client data and paperwork are perfectly prepared for meetings each week, averaging 15-20 appointments
- Master multiple software systems to efficiently support client needs and meeting preparation
- Coordinate essential pre- and post-meeting tasks for smooth client interactions
- Train to support trades and handle client paperwork during meetings
- Learn and master our process for preparing advisors’ recommendations
- Bring fresh perspective and problem-solving to operational challenges
- Support client-facing tasks with growth into answering basic financial planning requests
- Develop and grow with the firm for potential future role in management and/or advisory pathways
- High school diploma required
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Eagerness to learn and demonstrated passion for the financial services industry
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 1 years’ of work experience exhibiting strong attention to detail and accountability for processes
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work independently following training
- Demonstrated history of critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, financial planning software, and/or innovative AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Proven background in roles that require creative problem-solving and proactive decision-making
- Genuine interest in expanding knowledge and skills toward a future career in financial advising
Pay & Perks:
- $44k competitive base pay
- Position offers annual variable compensation and bonuses that are directly tied to the success of our team and firm. As your years of service with the company increase, so does your share of the bonus pool—rewarding your ongoing commitment and bottom-line impact. With strong performance and continued growth, total compensation has the potential to exceed $100,000 annually.
