POSITION OVERVIEW
While the whole business world is focused on AI implementation, we know this is just one of many tools and the one that is changing the fastest. We need a highly creative digital problem-solver that can help us create systems and processes for a luxury real estate marketing and sales pipeline. Someone who understands the new tools announced this week which will be replaced by the next ones rushed to market and can help us navigate this and make things that work now and leverage the technologies as they evolve.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone with a strong foundation in web and data technology who is eager to apply — and continuously expand — their knowledge of marketing analytics, digital advertising, and emerging AI tools.
You do not need to be an expert in everything on day one.
We are looking for someone with the right technical aptitude, a genuine curiosity for learning, and the discipline to evaluate and validate tools and data before acting on them.
You will own the data, technology, and automation layer of our marketing operation: from targeted digital campaigns and audience analytics, to workflow efficiency, creative production support, and GenAI tool integration. This role is both strategic and operational. You will create systems, not just run reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Targeted Digital Advertising & Audience Strategy
• Design and manage geotargeted campaigns focused on high-affinity venues and behaviors: private schools, yacht clubs, luxury furniture showrooms, private aviation terminals, and similar indicators of our buyer demographic
• Develop and maintain year-round out-of-market campaigns to reach snowbirds, seasonal buyers, and affluent prospects in Northeast, Midwest, and Canadian origin markets
• Build lookalike audiences from our existing buyer data and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic advertising platforms
• Research and identify emerging luxury markets with untapped demand (e.g., Daytona Beach Shores) to support new project targeting
Data Analytics & Market Intelligence
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking marketing performance: leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and social media effectiveness
• Develop demographic and psychographic profiles of our buyer base to sharpen targeting and inform campaign creative
• Identify geographic and buyer-segment whitespace to guide where Valor should be advertising next
• Monitor and report on competitive benchmarks, tracking Valor’s position relative to leading luxury developers nationally
Marketing Workflow Automation & Operations
• Streamline and automate lead tracking, CRM reporting, nurture sequences, and sales pipeline visibility in collaboration with the sales team
• Maintain weekly and monthly reporting on marketing and sales KPIs; surface trends and anomalies proactively
• Identify repetitive manual processes across marketing and sales workflows and implement practical automation solutions
GenAI & Emerging Technology Integration
• Evaluate, test, and implement AI tools that can accelerate our marketing content, video, and campaign production workflows
• Maintain quality control standards for all AI-assisted outputs — every deliverable must be verified for accuracy, brand alignment, and factual correctness before it reaches a stakeholder or goes live
• Stay current on evolving AI and marketing technology and make a business case for tools worth adopting
• Support the team in building an efficient on-brand audiovisual production pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Solid foundation in web and digital marketing technology: working knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
• Technical aptitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning new tools — you pick up software quickly, ask good questions, and do not wait to be taught everything
• Comfort working with data: you can pull, organize, and interpret marketing data yourself, and you know when a number looks wrong
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI or automation tool used in a practical work context (not just personal exploration)
• Strong attention to detail and a healthy skepticism of unverified outputs — you check the data before you send it
• Self-directed and organized; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to a non-technical audience
Preferred
• Background in or exposure to luxury real estate (ideal) or residential real estate in general
• Experience with geotargeting, programmatic advertising, or audience segmentation campaigns
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience with marketing automation workflows and lead attribution
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate to advanced level; exposure to SQL, Python, or similar is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative or video production tools

Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges for this position vary by experience and role, typically starting from $60,000 and scaling based on qualifications up to $75,000.
