Valor Oil LLC distributes Fuel and Lubricants to key Clients across Kentucky and Indiana. We have an exciting opportunity for a self-driven and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Territory Lubricants Sales Specialist.
SALARY COMMISSION
THE POSITION:
The holder of this position will be expected to Achieve a minimum of 15% sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the Lubricant Market, by effectively selling the company’s products and value-added services and providing technical support to customers.
THE PERSON
We are looking for an energetic person dedicated to selling, maintaining, and an excellent Customer Service Level. Most importantly, a person possessing a hands-on attitude rising to the challenges of a competitive market. A self-motivated achiever who is results-oriented. A person who can work independently, but also work with a team. We are not seeking your run-of-the-mill sales conversationalist. You must be a closer!
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-year Degree preferred.
• Computer Literacy (Intermediate) Excel, Word, PowerPoint
PERSONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong Leadership and mentoring skills
• Presentation /Training Skills/Problem-Solving Skills / Product Knowledge Essential
• Ability to manage clients to ensure long-term contractual arrangements
• Results-oriented & Analytical
• Daily travel within Territory. Must have a valid driver's license.
• CRM Experience.
