Quality Engineer assists in all aspects of the Quality Management System, including but not limited to the following elements: product documentation, record retention, internal audits, corrective & preventative action, document control, change management, data collection and analysis and other training activities.
The Quality Engineer will also interpret and implement customer requirements and QA procedures. Follow up on and investigate customer feedback—including complaints, technical returns, and nonconformances—to ensure timely and effective resolution.

What You’ll Need
- Experience working within a Quality Management System, such as ISO 9001 & M-1003
- Professional certifications such as ASQ CQE, CQA, Lean & Six Sigma, etc.
- Auditing experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Metrology & Quality Control methodologies
- Knowledge and experience using quality tools and methodologies
- Able to follow information trails and synthesize company information (Procedures, Engineering Drawings, Databases, and ERP systems)
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary to document, implement, and maintain procedures and processes
