We’re looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join our Investment Operations team as a n Advisor Operations Associate .
In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection point between our internal operations teams and our network of financial professionals. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by supporting, training, and problem-solving alongside our partners.

Physical Demands

Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the e mployee must work 40 hours per week to maintain full-time status.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals, providing timely support and solutions to operational and technology-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct research, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to partners on systems, workflows, and best practices
- Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational updates
- Help plan and contribute to internal events, training sessions, and educational forums
- Assist with administrative coordination across custodians, account changes, and operational processes
- Contribute to research and evaluation of financial technology tools and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall partner experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Interest in financial services, operations, or technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or client support
- Experience working with CRM systems, document management tools, or workflow platforms
- Exposure to financial products, investment operations, or advisory services
- Gain broad exposure to investment operations, financial technology, and advisor support
- Build valuable skills in problem-solving, training, and cross-functional collaboration
- Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development
