What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Finance/Investment Manager position at Vallum Associates?
Vallum is working with one of the nations largest Community Solar/C&I Renewable Energy Developer/Owner/Operators. An organization we have partnered with multiple times over the years, they have a new strategic hire within their Project Finance/Investment team.
This is an exciting role, which will be working with a core leadership team (many of which were founders in the business) to take responsibility for supporting the investment initiatives of the business to continue to finance projects, and whilst taking the lead on Tax Equity and Debt Partnerships.
This role will probably suit someone from the Investor/Financier side rather than pure Development.
Requirements:
- Degree educated in Finance, Economics or Mathematics
- Strong Investment exposure in the Renewable Energy space
- Must have a minimum of 3 years transaction experience
- Must have strong hands on Financial Modeling experience
