Responsibilities
- Support the origination, evaluation, and acquisition of distributed generation solar projects and portfolios.
- Build financial models, perform investment analysis, and conduct technical and financial due diligence.
- Assist with negotiating transaction documents, including purchase agreements, PPAs, site leases, and term sheets.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, legal, and finance teams throughout project development and closing.
- Develop relationships with developers, investors, and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, or financial modeling.
- Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Renewable energy or infrastructure experience is preferred.
Salary : $115 - $120
