As a Maintenance General Supervisor, you’ll oversee maintenance operations across our FQM and OWD Finishing Plants, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure equipment is ready on time — keeping downtime low and productivity high.
• Pinpoint opportunities for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects.
• Lead, coach, and support your team while ensuring full compliance with company policies.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement using lean principles.

What Sets You Apart

We’re looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation.

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Steel industry and material‑handling experience — a must for success in this environment.
• Prior supervisory experience leading technical or maintenance teams.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with real‑world troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with all levels of the organization.
• Project management abilities to lead improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
• Analytical thinking, including comfort using data and statistical techniques to make decisions.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• A willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation to support plant operations.
