As a Maintenance General Supervisor, you’ll oversee maintenance operations across our FQM and OWD Finishing Plants, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Lead cost‑effective maintenance strategies that support production goals.
- Ensure equipment is ready on time — keeping downtime low and productivity high.
- Pinpoint opportunities for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects.
- Lead, coach, and support your team while ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement using lean principles.
- Strengthen communication across all departments and organizational levels.
We’re looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Steel industry and material‑handling experience — a must for success in this environment.
- Prior supervisory experience leading technical or maintenance teams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with real‑world troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with all levels of the organization.
- Project management abilities to lead improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
- Analytical thinking, including comfort using data and statistical techniques to make decisions.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- A willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation to support plant operations.
