As a valued member of our care team, you’ll provide professional, age‑specific nursing care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary partners. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll perform hands‑on patient care tasks including:

Clinical procedures

Patient observation and reporting

Accurate medical record documentation

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 – $24.88, based on experience. Night shift differential is an additional 18% of the base pay rate and weekend shift differential is an additional 8% of the base pay rate.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

One year of nursing assistant or healthcare experience preferred
-
Completion of Valleywise Health computer training
-
Active AZ CNA, LNA, or LPN license
-
BLS certification through an approved AHA training facility is required upon hire
