People Operations HRIS Analyst - Full Time Days

At Valley Presbyterian Hospital, our HR systems power the employee experience and workforce strategy. We’re seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to support HR systems, ensure data integrity, and deliver reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and maintain HRIS data including employee records, job changes, and organizational structures
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems
- Support HRIS configuration including security roles, workflows, and permissions (including UKG)
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with IT and vendors to resolve them
- Conduct HRIS audits and support compliance and data governance efforts
- Create and distribute reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, compensation, etc.)
- Provide insights to HR leadership through data analysis
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related questions and user support
- Provide training, job aids, and guidance to HR and end-users
What You Bring
- 3+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or related experience
- Hands-on experience managing HR systems and employee data
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data audits
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Ability to obtain LA City Fire Card within 30 days
Preferred
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or related certification
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
