- Running MD Clinic
- Prepping for MD Clinic
- Scan (CT, MRI, U/S) Prior Authorizations
- Triaging of patient phone calls
- Gathering Medical Records for new patients and established patients
- Scheduling appointments - Follow-ups, procedures, scans etc..
- Reviewing test results and plan of care with patients
- Assist with office flow and tasks
- Helping with Coverage
- Calling insurance companies for imaging Prior Authorization
- Using insurance portals for imaging Prior Authorization
- Coordinating imaging with nurse and surgery coordinator
- Other duties as assigned
- Hours are approximately: Monday and Friday 0800-1830 and Tuesday-Thursday 0800-1600
- Nights, weekends and major holidays off.
