Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Director of Operations, located in Alamosa, CO. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee daily operations across multiple clinics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal performance. Responsibilities include directing operational workflows, managing budgets, analyzing data to improve processes, leading and mentoring staff, and addressing customer service goals to enhance patient satisfaction. The role requires active collaboration with leadership teams to align with organizational goals and deliver high-quality care services.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including overseeing multi-site operations and optimizing processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational performance, interpret data, and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Experience in Team Management, including leadership, staff mentoring, and cultivating a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing budgets to ensure financial health.
- Effective Customer Service abilities, with a focus on improving patient satisfaction and addressing community health needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
