Valley-Wide Health Systems is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership while ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and excellent internal service across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with the implementation of strategic and operational plans for improving patient experience.
- Provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team/Chiefs
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Provide support and participation in meetings
- Follow up with any action items
- Managing Outlook calendar, coordinate appointments, conferences, meetings and screen telephone calls and messages for members of the Executive Leadership Team/Chiefs
- Maintain receipts and reconcile credit card
- Managing correspondence, memorandums and other office matters
- Managing mail for the Executive Leadership Team/Chiefs
- Managing travel arrangements
- Providing front desk coverage at the Administrative Services Building as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Assists with patient experience data collection, analysis and dissemination.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; BLS training/certification will be provided upon employment
- Basic computer skills and experience with relevant software programs. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge of business and presentation skills
