What You’ll Do
- Clean roofs, gutters, siding, windows, and solar panels
- Operate pressure washers and safety equipment
- Work outdoors in all weather, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Use ladders and access rooftops safely
- Lead by example and uphold job quality standards
Pay & Incentives
Earn $25–$40/hr based on experience and performance. Bonuses available.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, on-site in Fresno, CA. Fieldwork across surrounding cities.
Requirements
- Valid license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in the heat
- Detail-oriented and physically fit
- Local to the Fresno area (within 30 miles)
