Chelyboo Home Cleaning Service, is seeking an experienced home cleaning supervisor to join our management team. We are voted the number one Maid Service in Hanford, award winning and proud Latin Women owned company. We believe in promotion within and are looking for our next field supervisor that wants to be a area manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, listen to new ideas and executes, sales driven, sports background and very reliable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and organized client homes, educational institutions, and military installations.
- Clean effectively with a staff of (2) or more, to train cleaning staff and maintain quality of work.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
- May purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment,
- Take periodic inventories of cleaning supplies, to ensure always have enough on hand.
- Screen applicants, train new cleaning contractors, and recommend dismissals.
- Attend all company related meetings and outings.
- Suggest and initiate, new ideas to streamline production.
- Cut cost, watch overtime and ensure proper staff is at ready for weeks production.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 3 or more years as a supervisor with, in-house cleaning. (Hotel, Motel, Resort, Hospital will not qualify). Experience as a supervisor, must be in a (In-home maid setting) to qualify.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a good running and reliable car, to get to and from all cleaning locations
- Valid California Driver's License, with no more then (1) point in last five years. Due to access to military installations and company sponsored insurance
- Have no less than five years experience in home cleaning or janitorial
- Great attitude and team player
- Can work with little supervision
- Can work closely in a small environment with other team members
