Responsibilities include:
- Passing of Medications,
- providing treatments
- Following the plan of care
- Working collaboratively with the members of the Inter-Disciplinary-Team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
Hours / Shifts Available:
- Full Time & Part-time schedules
- Shifts: Days & Nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Must have an NY State LPN license in good standing
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
