Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person with energy and professionalism
- Guide applicants through the entire admissions process, providing clear information about programs, requirements, and deadlines
- Collect, review, and verify application materials to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate interviews, campus tours, and assessment sessions to showcase our offerings and foster positive relationships
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, applications, and follow-up activities within the admissions database
- Collaborate with academic departments and support staff to facilitate timely decision-making and enrollment procedures
- Assist with outreach initiatives such as open houses, information sessions, and community events to attract new applicants
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not required
