Full Time Position Available (8-hour & 12-hour shifts combined)
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 60 hours biweekly | Every other weekend/holiday | Weekend Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with personal care and daily activities

Administer medications safely and effectively

Facilitate social and recreational activities

Support meal services and other daily needs to ensure resident well-being
Requirements:

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
