Valley View Life Plan Community is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in an as-needed capacity. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, supervise daily nursing activities, and ensure the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – As Needed
Location: Valley View Life Plan Community
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirement: One weekend per month
Rate: $31.37/hr shift differentials up to $4/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and direct individualized care plans for residents

Supervise and communicate updates to Nursing Assistants

Administer medications and perform all related documentation

Complete accident/incident reports accurately and promptly

Ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety at all times
Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania LPN license
