Maintenance Technician
Valley View Retirement Community – Belleville, PA
Full-Time | Day Shift | Rotating Weekends & Holidays
Valley View Retirement Community is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you'll help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the campus
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner (TELS System)
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections
- Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and common areas in safe operating condition
- Coordinate work activities in resident living areas while providing excellent customer service
- Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly
- Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
- Experience in maintenance, facilities management, construction, groundskeeping, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or residential communities
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general building systems
