Valley View Dental is a growing, multi-location dental practice seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business and administrative operations across our offices.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in dental operations, practice management, team leadership, and process improvement, who enjoys working closely with clinical teams and leadership to ensure efficient workflows, strong financial performance, and excellent patient experience.
The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting growth by managing people, systems, vendors, and performance across locations.
Practice & Operations
- Oversee daily front-office and administrative operations across multiple locations
- Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and office coordination
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
Team Leadership
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of administrative staff
- Create and manage staff schedules aligned with patient demand
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management support
- Support screening and interviewing of clinical and non-clinical team members
Financial & Performance Oversight
- Oversee insurance verification, billing workflows, collections, and A/R
- Track and report key operational and financial KPIs
- Run monthly performance reviews with leadership
- Support budgeting, expense control, and vendor cost management
Vendors, Compliance & Growth
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts (software, IT, billing, supplies)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies
- Handle escalated patient concerns professionally
- Support service-line expansion, marketing, and practice growth initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 3 years of experience in dental office management, dental operations, or healthcare operations
- Experience supporting multi-provider and/or multi-location practices
- Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix Ascend or similar)
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
- 5 – 10 years of management experience, including leading teams of 5 staff
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting operational scaling, service-line expansion, or performance improvement initiatives
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
