As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Office Manager to lead day-to-day office operations and develop into a future Operations Manager as part of our leadership pipeline.
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and front-office operations of the practice. This role serves as the primary on-site operational leader, ensuring smooth workflows, strong team performance, and a positive patient experience.
This position is ideal for an experienced dental office professional who enjoys leading teams, improving systems, and taking on increasing responsibility, with a clear path to broader multi-location operational leadership.
Operations & Workflow
- Oversee daily front-office operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and workflows
- Manage office logistics, inventory, and equipment coordination
Team Leadership & Staffing
- Supervise, train, and support front-office and administrative staff
- Create and manage staff schedules aligned with patient demand
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback
Financial Oversight & Compliance
- Oversee billing, insurance verification, collections, and A/R workflows
- Support performance tracking and reporting for leadership
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies
Systems, Growth & Development
- Maintain and optimize dental practice management systems (Dentrix Ascend or similar)
- Support process improvements and adoption of new tools
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 3 years of experience in dental office management, dental operations, or healthcare operations
- Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix Ascend or similar)
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
- 5–10 years of management experience, including leading teams of 5 staff
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
