Fort Kent Elementary School is looking for an Educational Technician III to provide instructional, behavioral, and academic support to students in classroom settings.
The successful candidate will be willing to work with students across multiple grade levels and classroom environments as part of the Fort Kent Elementary School team. Responsibilities may include supporting individual students, small groups, classroom instruction, student engagement, behavior support, and other duties as assigned.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and administration to help meet the needs of students.
Certification Requirements: Educational Technician III Certification and CHRC required

Qualifications:
- Ed Tech Level 3
- Completion of at least 3 years of post-secondary education or a combination equivalent to 90 hours of approved study in an educationally related field.
- Have Knowledge of the learning process, primarily in math and reading instruction.
- Maine Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) required.
- Educational Technician Certification
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- Willingness to complete any required training or certification programs
- Must be able to work with diverse learners and juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
- Maintains student privacy and upholds ethical standards
