Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications): Education and Experience BBS licensed MFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD or PhD Master's degree in family/child counseling, development or psychology, social services or professional counseling or related social science field. Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology preferred. Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, children, adolescents and/or adults Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferred. 2 years-post licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision to registered interns/associates and/or practicum students in Behavioral Services or Psychology related fields, preferred Valid California Driver's License Applicants must have attained the age of 18 years of age BLS CPR/First Aid How you will make a difference: This position has primary responsibility for directing and supervising the staff who provide mental health and support services to clients and their families. The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to oversight responsibilities. S/he acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical & support staff. This position involves planning, implementation, monitoring, and revision of the clinical treatment program. The Center Director/Clinical Supervisor represents the agency to county agencies and the community. S/he meets with clients, provides direct care and treatment, and may be involved in the client grievance process. The Center Director/Clinical Supervisor is responsible for facility management. Division/Program Overview: The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility tailored to adults aged 18-59 experiencing psychiatric crises. Its purpose is to provide a safe environment for stabilization, recovery, and community transition. Services offered include round-the-clock programs, therapeutic and mental health services, rehabilitation and recovery support (including substance use rehabilitation), pre-vocational or vocational counseling, medication evaluation and support, daily exercise, health/wellness education, and crisis intervention.
