What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):
This position has primary responsibility for directing and supervising the staff who provide mental health and support services to clients and their families. The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to oversight responsibilities. S/he acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical & support staff. This position involves planning, implementation, monitoring, and revision of the clinical treatment program. The Center Director/Clinical Supervisor represents the agency to county agencies and the community. S/he meets with clients, provides direct care and treatment, and may be involved in the client grievance process. The Center Director/Clinical Supervisor is responsible for facility management.
Division/Program Overview
The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility tailored to adults aged 18-59 experiencing psychiatric crises. Its purpose is to provide a safe environment for stabilization, recovery, and community transition. Services offered include round-the-clock programs, therapeutic and mental health services, rehabilitation and recovery support (including substance use rehabilitation), pre-vocational or vocational counseling, medication evaluation and support, daily exercise, health/wellness education, and crisis intervention.

In accordance with California law, the grade for this position is 72,931.14 - 116,689.83. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.

Education And Experience
What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):
- BBS licensed MFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD or PhD
- Master's degree in family/child counseling, development or psychology, social services or professional counseling or related social science field. Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology preferred.
- Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, children, adolescents and/or adults
- Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferred.
- 2 years-post licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision to registered interns/associates and/or practicum students in Behavioral Services or Psychology related fields, preferred
- Valid California Driver's License
- Applicants must have attained the age of 18 years of age
- BLS CPR/First Aid
