Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Installer / Print Production member to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring both production and installation skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working independently or with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, and signage
- Operate large-format printers and laminators
- Prepare graphics for installation including weeding, cutting, and taping
- Ensure quality control throughout production and installation processes
- Load, transport, and install graphics at client locations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Completing assigned jobs on schedule, including sending photos, notes, and progress updates
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensuring clean, professional finishes on every project
- Working both independently and with a team on larger projects
- Representing the company professionally on job sites

Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in vinyl installation and production
- OR
- Certification from Avery Dennison, Oracal, or 3M
- Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques and materials
- Experience with large-format printers and laminators
- Ability to weed, tape, and prep graphics efficiently and accurately
- Prioritizes safety on every job, including proper equipment use, site awareness, and adherence to safety procedures
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and pride in your work
