A Fargo company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Lending Coordinator to join a well-established financial organization in the Fargo area. This position will work closely with lending professionals and clients throughout the loan process, helping ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and moving forward efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Support Loan Officers throughout the application, processing, closing, and servicing stages
- Assist with preparing loan applications and gathering required financial and supporting documentation
- Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation needs, loan status, and next steps
- Assist with preparation of loan packages and closing documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized customer and loan records
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in lending, banking, or finance
- Previous exposure to lending or loan documentation is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
